CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established independent investment firm, offering clients unbiased and intelligent investment strategies, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager (Russian-Speaking) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Office Manager, you will handle a range of administrative duties to help ensure the smooth running of the Company. As part of your role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, as well as providing administrative support, including organizing meetings and maintaining databases. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar is desirable, and you will need to hold proven experience in a relevant administration-focused role. Fluency in both verbal and written Russian and English is essential, with any knowledge of Greek considered an advantage. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience, which includes private medical insurance. Working hours are from 09.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Handling telephone calls and email correspondence.
  • Organizing meetings and maintaining databases.
  • Managing correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Preparing official letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Booking transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing company events.
  • Ordering office supplies, food, and furniture.
  • Coordinating with maintenance companies to ensure office cleanliness.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Russian & English is essential.
  • Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Able to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits Provided).
