CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative tasks designed to facilitate the smooth running of the office, including answering, and directing incoming phone calls, assisting Management with various secretarial duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, sending emails and typing, as well as running errands outside of the office as required. Any Higher Education or training relating to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or in a similar role, with fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English a must. An attractive salary is on offer based on skills and experience, as well as working hours from 09:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Covering the reception desk.
  • Picking up the mail, sorting, scanning and distributing to Management.
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assisting the Manager with secretarial duties.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Managing diaries and appointments when necessary.
  • Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationary and equipment supplies.
  • Photocopying, scanning, faxing, sending emails and typing.
  • Typing documents and distributing memos.
  • Running errands outside the office as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background related to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a relevant administration role is essential.
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a high level of discretion and sound judgment.
  • Holder of a current, clean drivers licence.
