CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established International company specialising in the provision of Engineering & Consultancy Services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team based in Nicosia on a Part-Time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for general office administration duties including greeting visitors, taking calls, maintaining calendars for appointments, sorting mail and any other relevant duties to assist with the smooth running of the office. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess some previous experience in a relevant role. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, along with exceptional organisational and time management skills. Working hours are from 08:30 – 13:00 Monday to Friday, and an attractive salary is on offer, based on skills and experience.
