CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team based in Aradippou, Larnaca. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, playing a key role in the smooth running of the Company. Your duties will include the typing of emails and documents, the filing of documents, and providing general administrative support. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable, and you will ideally hold previous experience in a relevant administration focused role. You will need to be highly organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 – 14:00 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver administrative and secretarial assistance to Management and departments.
  • Handle incoming calls, greet clients/visitors, and manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and financial documents.
  • Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and document pickups.
  • Support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
