CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a multi-disciplinary Law Firm which provides legal, tax, corporate and accounting services to a broad range of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in the heart of Limassol. As an Office Administrator, you will handle a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office. As part of your role, you will oversee reception duties, handle incoming calls, update and maintain physical and electronic files, and more! Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, who possess outstanding organisational skills. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, with any knowledge of Russian considered a significant advantage. A competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Reception duties and welcoming of visitors.
  • Handling calls and routing them appropriately.
  • Assisting with photocopying, scanning, printing, filling.
  • Dealing with office maintenance services and suppliers.
  • Office organisation, reporting, and filing.
  • Updating and maintaining records in eBOS.
  • Assistance with KYC procedures and client due diligence requests.
  • Assistance with bookkeeping and data entries.
  • Issuance of invoices upon request from accounting or corporate department.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Office Administrator or similar.
  • Fluent in English language, both written and verbal – knowledge of Russian Language would be considered highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in typing.
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Being resilient and efficient.
  • Being professional and trustworthy.
