CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction & Engineering field, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator join their growing team based in Pera Chorio Nisou, between Nicosia and Larnaca. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, contributing to an organised and professional working environment. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar is desirable, and previous experience in a relevant administration focused role is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and other important documents.
  • Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties as required.
  • Support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Previous experience in similar position is a must.
  • Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
