CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of Corporate & Fiduciary services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, playing a key role in the smooth running of the Company. Your duties will include the typing of emails and documents, filing of legal documents, and providing general administrative support. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable, and you will need to hold previous experience in a relevant administration focused role. You will need to be highly organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th salary, and working hours are from 08:00 - 13:00 and 14:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver full-range administrative and secretarial assistance to Management and departments.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, greet clients/visitors, and manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and financial documents.
  • Maintain and update contact databases for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and ACS document pickups.
  • Support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Previous experience in similar position is a must.
  • Any previous experience working for a Corporate Services Provider, Accounting Firm, or Law Firm will be considered a plus.
  • Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
