CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Legal Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, playing a key role in the smooth running of the Company. Your duties will include the typing and formatting of legal documents in both Greek and English, overseeing front-desk reception operations, and handling petty cash. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable, and you will ideally hold previous experience in a relevant administration focused role. You will need to be highly organised, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. A competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th and 14th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily secretarial, administrative, and organizational tasks.
  • Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving.
  • Typing and formatting of legal documents in English and Greek.
  • Handling the petty cash.
  • Reception duties including answering calls, and managing office inventory such as stationery and equipment.
  • Outside work when necessary, including attendance at: court registry, land registry or any other public authority, banks, courier or postal services.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Previous experience in similar position is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
