Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle
incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Handling
of all calls (incoming and outgoing).
- Ensure
the smooth operation of the office.
- Welcome
clients and visitors at the office.
- Provide
secretarial support as required.
- Performing
general administrative duties.
- Reports
to all Directors, Partners and Managing Partners.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Diploma
in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration will be considered an
advantage.
- Previous
experience within a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Excellent
administrative and organisational skills are essential.
- Excellent
command of the Greek and English languages.
- Typing
skills both in Greek and English.
- Any
additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Good
knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communicational skills.
