CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies operating in the Shipping Industry, we are seeking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Administrator to support their growing Finance and Operations team based in Limassol. As part of your role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to ensure their smooth operation, including setting up user roles, permissions, and security settings, and modifying workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Information Technology, Finance, Process Management, or similar, who possess at least 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Functional Administrator and/or Consultant of Dynamics 365 F&O. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, with any Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform functional management tasks on the systems to enable the best user experience and secure & fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions. 
  • Setting up user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Modifying workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs.
  • Ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and managing integrations with other systems.
  • Addressing technical issues and providing end user support, following end users requests and solving issues.
  • Working with end users, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
  • Document system and process descriptions.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process Management.
  • 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Functional Administrator and/or Consultant of Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written of Greek and English.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
