CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Hospitality Group with operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team based in Ayia Napa. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and support the development, execution, and continuous refinement of marketing and branding strategies across a hospitality portfolio, including hotels, and leisure services. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field, who possess a minimum 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior marketing leadership roles within luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and hold a deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism market, both locally and internationally. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Define, implement, and protect the brand identity of the Group of Hotels and Resorts, ensuring consistency and differentiation across hotels, and services.
  • Develop long-term brand strategies to position each property competitively in both local and international markets.
  • Create compelling storytelling and brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (digital, print, PR, in-property signage, collateral, etc.) reflect the brand’s personality, tone of voice, and design standards.
  • Lead brand refresh or repositioning projects as required by market changes.
  • Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, events, influencer collaborations, and offline channels.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to support key revenue streams: rooms, F&B outlets, events, wellness, and leisure facilities.
  • Align marketing activities with sales and revenue management to ensure maximum impact on bookings.
  • Oversee partnerships and sponsorships that enhance visibility and strengthen the hotel brands.
  • Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, content marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and online reputation management.
  • Oversee social media presence and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Leverage guest data and CRM tools to personalize marketing and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Partner closely with Hotel General Managers, F&B Management, and Operations teams to align marketing with guest experience and business goals.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in senior marketing leadership roles within luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
  • Proven track record in hotel brand development and strategic marketing planning.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism market (local and international).
  • Experience with both luxury and lifestyle brand positioning is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, booking engines, and OTA platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English and Greek.
  • Ability to combine data-driven insights with creative strategies to achieve measurable business results.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and reporting ROI.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
