CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established hospitality group, operating a number of hotels and resorts across Cyprus and beyond, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the marketing department’s operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategies, and helping the company achieve its marketing objectives. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant marketing-focused role. Any prior experience working in the hospitality and leisure industry will be considered a significant advantage, and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, and working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision.
  • Setting marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets for each property, brand, and the chain.
  • Overseeing brand positioning and ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all properties.
  • Creating integrated marketing campaigns that target key customer segments.
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports on return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Developing partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators, and local businesses to expand reach and increase visibility.
  • Working Closely with the Head of Digital and Loyalty Manager for the management of the CRM programs to enhance guest loyalty and retention, such as loyalty programs or personalized marketing initiatives.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Prior experience working for luxury hotels, resorts, or in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical approach with focus on results and performance.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
