Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute the marketing strategy for the Company.
• Work closely with the Product Development Team to produce clean and effective documentation & video tutorials of software solutions.
• Assist with the organising of internal and external events and training as required.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Assist in managing the Company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry insights as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or similar field.
• Proven digital content creation skills are a must.
• Proficiency in the use of Social Media (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Website content management experience (WordPress).
• Experience of using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable.
• Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
