Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in the execution of Email Marketing and Social Media campaigns, ensuring that all marketing efforts are efficient, aligned with the company’s goals, and reach the target audience effectively. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or similar, and previous experience in a relevant marketing support role is essential. You will need to be familiar with email marketing tools including Mailchimp, possess experience with the design and execution of social media campaigns, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Administration and updating of Corporate website.
  • Email marketing administration; setting up email marketing campaigns to various target audiences using email software.
  • Ensuring that all updates are in place and presented correctly though websites/other platforms.
  • Playing a key role in the design and execution Social Media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry insights.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences where applicable.
  • Liaising with translators when necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications or similar is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a relevant marketing support role is a must.
  • Experience with the development and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Email Marketing tools, in particular Mailchimp.
  • Experience with CMS/CRM systems.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • Passion for accuracy and detail, including written and oral communications.
  • Willingness to learn, operate and adapt in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
