Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Review the port state control inspection regime and inform relevant parties.
• Calculate the performance of port state control inspections.
• Execute surveys/audits reviews in an efficient, unbiased way.
• Monitor the Transfer of Certification Department.
• Provide company’s fleet and clients any support needed.
• Release instructions to surveyors/auditors.
• Prompt and accurate reporting.
• Use of correct issue of controlled documents and reference material.
• Correct and accurate identification of all documents received or produced.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering Field and/or Master Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or similar.
• Previous work experience in ship surveying and audits.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Planning skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Computer literate.
