CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Real Estate Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Maintenance Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating maintenance work, and liaising with the maintenance team. As part of your role, you will create, assign, and track work orders in the maintenance management system, and liaise closely with tenants via phone and email. Prior experience in a relevant role is highly desirable, and you will need to possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with the Real Estate sector will be considered an advantage, and any experience working within international environments will be considered a plus. You will need to be a confident user of MS Office applications, and be fluent in both verbal and written English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate maintenance jobs and liaise with the maintenance team.
  • Prioritise work and assign to the correct technician.
  • Create, assign, track and close work orders in the Maintenance Management System.
  • Record and document receipts and track maintenance expenditure.
  • Liaise with tenants via telephone, email and written letters as applicable.
  • Liaise with utility companies, local councils and other providers regarding tenants and properties.
  • Answering calls.
  • Maintaining filing systems, and scanning documents.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or similar will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • Any knowledge of the Real-Estate sector will be considered a plus.
  • Experience working in international environments is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
