Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Fine-tune and train existing machine learning models for improved performance.
• Understand the underlying concepts behind various ML models (transformers, neural networks, etc.).
• Work with large datasets to prepare, clean, and optimize data for training.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to integrate models into production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the ML field.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model architectures.
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning models (e.g., GPT, BERT, CNNs, etc.).
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of model evaluation and debugging techniques.
