Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Engage in all phases of M&A transactions, including origination, execution, and closing.
• Conduct in-depth financial and industry analyses to identify key value drivers and risks.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation assessments.
• Prepare client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border deals, gaining exposure to diverse markets and industries.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Proactive mindset with a keen interest in M&A and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• A good feel for designing attention-catching PowerPoint materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
