Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, review, and execute legal opinions, agreements, and a wide range of legal documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal agreements.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings, including making submissions and court appearances.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and other litigation-related documentation.
• Assist with a variety of litigation matters, including banking, family, inheritance, and tort law cases.
• Support transactional and corporate compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct client due diligence and assist with the preparation and review of supporting documentation.
• Provide legal support and guidance to clients on matters relating to corporate, commercial, and real estate law, as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB).
• Master’s degree (LLM) would be considered as advantage.
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer in a law firm.
• Experience in commercial agreements and transactions.
• Good Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of i-justice.
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English. Russian would be considered as advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
