CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Law Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their growing team. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal professionals and ensuring the efficient operation of the office from an administrative perspective. As part of your role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of lawyers, as well as handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in relevant position, with prior experience working for a Law Firm considered a distinct advantage. You will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, and possess outstanding administration and time management skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience and working hours are from 08:00 – 18:00 with 2 hours break from 13:00 - 15:00 from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday until 15:00.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them.
  • Directing the flow of mail, emails, and faxes.
  • Organizing meetings and arranging appointments.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
  • Assisting with client onboarding.
  • Facilitating communication with the Court Registrar, messengers and bailiffs as required.
  • Organizing and maintaining the internal filing system.
  • Preparing court documents.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a relevant role is essential.
  • Prior experience working for a Law Firm will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work well as part of a Team.
