As a Junior Media Sales Executive, you will primarily be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting businesses and potential advertisers to offer high-quality leads, ensuring sales targets are met. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field, with any previous experience working in the online marketing industry considered a significant advantage. You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with any additional languages considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Contact businesses and other potential advertisers to provide high-quality leads.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Identify, suggest, and test new flows based on the advertisers’ needs.
  • Account development through identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data for insights and improvements.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Conduct split tests to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Maintain relationships with current marketing partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events occasionally.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Previous experience in the online marketing industry would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written).
  • The knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.
