Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as sales contracts, service and loan agreements, memorandums, board, and committee minutes, etc...
• Assist senior lawyers in the preparation of legal documents.
• Assist senior KYC officers in the preparation of KYC files.
• Participate in team meetings, effectively communicating legal concepts and options.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence, including maintaining different registries and databases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the company’s practice areas.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An LLB from a reputable University.
• An LLM from a distinguished law school would be considered an advantage.
• A Cyprus Bar License will be considered an advantage.
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Adaptable and open to IT technologies.
