Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Monitor trading platform operations.
• Stay updated with market news.
• Monitor company exposure and assess risk.
• Follow company dealing procedures.
• Review client accounts and analyse trading activity.
• Identify and report abusive trading behaviour.
• Participate in department projects.
• Prepare and analyse reports.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an FX Dealer of at least 6 months is highly desirable.
• Candidates with prior experience in FX Customer Support, with a sound understanding of the industry will also be considered.
• Knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal is advantageous.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts.
• CySEC Advanced Certification is a plus.
