Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Collect, analyze, and present raw data from various sources, transforming it into actionable insights that guide business strategies.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to help improve and implement Risk Management Procedures and Policies.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports for Senior Management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the Best Execution of client orders and trades by monitoring trade data and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the preparation of reports for internal and external audits, as well as handling any ad-hoc reporting needs with efficiency and precision.
• Develop, monitor, and update key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and goals are being met.
• Analyze and report on daily profit & loss (P&L) and brokerage figures, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial markets and brokerage operations is preferred, but not required.
• Enjoy working with complex data sets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
