CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Legal & Corporate Services, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will handle a range of duties, including drafting, reviewing, and preparing corporate and commercial legal documentation, and assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, and corporate administration matters. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will ideally possess exposure to corporate and/or commercial law, with sound knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113) and corporate procedures. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary. Flexible working hours are offered, as well as Friday afternoon’s off.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing corporate and commercial legal documentation including agreements, resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and legal correspondence.
  • Assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, and corporate administration matters.
  • Preparation and submission of applications and forms to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions on Cyprus law.
  • Liaising with clients, governmental authorities, accountants, banks, and other professionals.
  • Assisting in the management of client portfolios and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and deadlines.
  • Supporting senior lawyers in corporate transactions and legal matters.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • LLB degree in Law from a reputable University.
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • Exposure of corporate and/or commercial law is highly desirable.  
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113) and corporate procedures.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
