CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Fiduciary Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Junior Corporate Administrator, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including assisting with submissions and updates of the UBO Registry, the preparation of forms to be submitted to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, and drafting or reviewing of agreements based on set templates. An academic background relating to Law or Finance will be considered an advantage, but not essential, and any previous work experience with a Corporate Service Provider or Law Firm will be considered a significant advantage. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, with any knowledge of the Russian language considered a plus. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, hybrid working options, and the potential to work only 4 days per week.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the company with administration tasks.
  • Assisting with submissions and updates of the UBO Registry.
  • Daily communication with clients, banks, and Cyprus authorities (i.e. Registrar of Companies, Tax Office).
  • Preparation of bank account opening documents (local and foreign).
  • Drafting or reviewing of agreements based on set templates.
  • Drafting of shareholder and director resolution, powers of attorney and relevant documents related to the administration of a company.
  • Preparation of forms to be submitted to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Maintenance of the Companies internal registers within the corporate software.
  • Addressing clients’ signing and corporate requests.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in the Legal or Finance field will be considered a plus.
  • Prior work experience in the legal or corporate administration field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Work experience with a corporate services provider will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic laws/regulations in regard to companies’ administration.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
  • Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Ispiral Software (Corporate and AML) will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Mfiles Software will be considered an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Organized, hardworking and able to work fast and efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask.
