CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Alternative Investment Fund Management Company (AIFM) regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Junior Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of all documents, filing and archiving hard and soft copies of each according to the company policies, as well as assisting in the collection of KYC documentation. An academic background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field will be considered a plus, and any previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage, although corporate training will be provided. You will need to have a basic understanding of KYC and AML regulations, and be fluent in both written and spoken English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Record of all documents, filing and archiving hard and soft copies of each according to the company policies.
  • Assist in collection of KYC documentation.
  • Preparation of applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Preparation, perusal, review of various corporate agreements and arranging for execution by the Directors of the Companies.
  • Preparation, review, and execution of various administration services/documents within the group of companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of all agreements and any other legal documentation and maintaining the filing system of the department duly organized.
  • Responsible for the preparation of various documents for certification, legalisation and apostille.
  • Provide support to the legal department and generally the group on daily corporate administrative matters.
  • Review fund documentation.
  • Executing administration services for all funds and companies as directed by the Management.
  • Assist the department to operate in compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Deal with authorities, banks, auditors, and other service providers. 
  • Assist with the processes, procedures and policies relating to the company.
  • Assist the team members for audit planning of companies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration (corporate training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • A basic understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain order, and interact effectively with others.
  • A commitment to accuracy and a thorough approach to all tasks and documentation.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
