As a Junior Corporate Administrator you will handle a range of duties, including liaising with clients, drafting and processing a range of corporate documents, and liaising closely with banks on behalf of clients. An academic background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field will be considered a plus, and any previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage. You will need to have a basic understanding of KYC and AML regulations, and be fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise with clients and assistance with the implementation of their day-today operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and external parties, managing their administrative requests and providing support.
  • Draft and process a variety of corporate documents, such as board resolutions, annual returns, and powers of attorney.
  • Liaise with banks for account openings and administration, prepare bank forms, and maintain client records.
  • Collect and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for new and existing clients, adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Assistance with the maintenance of corporate registers, managing clients’ corporate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with external parties and government agencies.
  • Handle statutory submissions and filings with the Registrar of Companies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • A basic understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain order, and interact effectively with others.
  • A commitment to accuracy and a thorough approach to all tasks and documentation.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in languages like English and Greek, as often required for client and regulatory interaction.
