CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and expanding provider of Legal Services, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Junior Corporate Administrator, will primarily be responsible for the incorporation and administration of both Cyprus-based and offshore companies, handling and executing various procedures as required by the Registrar of Companies. An academic background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or another relevant field will be considered an advantage, and any previous experience working as a Corporate Administrator, with knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies is highly desirable, although full training will be provided, and therefore junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply. This represents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring corporate services professional to learn and develop within an inclusive and rewarding environment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as Board and Shareholder Resolutions, Annual General Minutes, Loan Agreements, Share Sale and Purchase Agreements, Power of Attorney documents, Subscription Agreements, for Cyprus and offshore companies.
  • Updating of files and indexes for documents sent and received.
  • Liaising with Registered Agents for various offshore companies.
  • Liaising with clients/associates either by telephone, email and/or face-to-face meetings.
  • Liaising with governmental authorities.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience of Corporate Administration is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Greek is essential.
  • Document management skills.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with her/his colleagues.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to multitask and willing to adapt to new methods applied by the Management.
