CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a growing education and training organisation, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Coordinator & Communications Officer (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Latsia, Nicosia. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to administration, organisation, communication, project coordination, customer contact, digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence applications. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, demonstrates initiative, and enjoys learning and developing professionally. A University Degree will be considered an advantage, and any prior experience in either an Administrative, Sales or Customer Service position will be considered a plus, but not essential. This represents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional to learn and develop within a forward-thinking organisation. Working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of Hybrid working options after the completion of the probationary period.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the daily operation and coordination of the organisation.
  • Organising and monitoring administrative procedures.
  • Preparing and maintaining documents, files, and reports.
  • Coordinating educational programmes and supporting trainers and participants.
  • Communicating with existing and prospective customers by telephone and email.
  • Collecting, organising, and analysing information to support decision-making.
  • Contributing to process improvement and the development of new ideas.
  • Using modern digital tools and Artificial Intelligence applications to improve productivity.
  • Supporting communication, marketing and organisational activities as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A University Degree is desirable.
  • Prior experience in customer services, administration or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A positive, creative, and solution-focused approach to challenges.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective during periods of increased workload.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other website management systems will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in Social Media management is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience in video or digital content creation is a plus.
  • A willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using modern digital tools, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and AI tools.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine interest in continuous personal and professional development.
