The successful applicant be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, whilst also driving campaign-based community growth. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess at least 1+ year of relevant professional experience. You will need to be fluent in English, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different contexts. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and all candidate communications.
  • Maintain internal calendars, pipelines, and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth, human, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Building recruitment and event campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) and tracking and improving their performance.
  • Coordinating and supporting our creative services team to amplify our message.
  • Launch and grow an engaged developer community, including organizing events and nurturing connections between people, companies, and ideas.
  • Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and local employment trends.
  • Promote a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all interactions.

 

 Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle local HR operations independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills: you’re comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and communications without things slipping through the cracks.
  • Strong people and communication skills: friendly, professional, and clear in writing and conversation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
  • Confident using a variety of digital tools and platforms to stay organized and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different contexts.
