Junior Associate Lawyer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Legal Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Associate Lawyer to join their growing Corporate & Commercial Team. As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you will work under the guidance and supervision of more experienced Lawyers. As part of your role, you will draft and negotiate a range of agreements, assist with the incorporation of companies, and communicate closely with clients and associates. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are recently qualified members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and have the passion and drive to forge a successful career in the legal field. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer which includes a competitive salary, 13th salary, and performance-related bonus.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Incorporation of companies.
- Drafting legal letters and opinions.
- Communication with clients and associates.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An LLB in Law from a reputable university.
- Holders of an LLM are encouraged to apply.
- Newly/Recently qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Good drafting skills.
- The ability to conduct legal research
