CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Fiduciary & Family Office service provider with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Advisory & Corporate Services Associate to join their growing team. The successful applicant will handle the administration of specific corporate entities, including company formation, maintenance, and statutory filings, as well as liaising with clients, regulators, and external partners as required. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Law, or another related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in the Legal/Corporate/Advisory department of a Cyprus-based regulated company, preferably an ASP. Exposure to Cyprus corporate/company law is highly desirable and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day advisory support and support clients for processes involved from start to finish in areas such as:
    • Migration and relocation services.
    • Contract review and drafting (SPAs, SHAs, NDAs, etc.).
    • Real estate advisory.
    • GDPR and AML compliance including but not limited to drafting the GDPR or AML policy of clients and reviewing existing GDPR and privacy policy or AML policies and procedures of the client.
    • Trust (CIT) establishment and related advisory services.
    • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) including preparing and reviewing information memoranda and other transaction documents and drafting key transaction related documents.
  • Handle the administration of specific internal corporate entities, including company formation, maintenance, and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and external partners as required.
  • Assist with document preparation, including legal notes, memos, and reports on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor relevant regulatory updates and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal obligations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Law.
  • Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in the Legal/Corporate/Advisory department of a Cyprus-based regulated company (preferably an ASP).
  • Exposure to Cyprus corporate/company law is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and managing deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across various departments.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to the team’s success.
