Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of bookkeeping records for a small portfolio of companies.
• Processing of sales and purchase invoices and of bank transactions.
• Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and Bank Accounts.
• Preparing payroll calculations.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• Preparation of VIES returns.
• Preparation of reports as requested.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• LCCI Higher or any other relevant accounting qualification/certification is desirable.
• Approximately 1+ year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of Caseware for the preparation of Financial Statements is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and TAX.
• Experience working with E-Soft Accounting Software is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Dynamic, driven and self-motivated character.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent knowledge of English, with knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.
