CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider Corporate Services, with fully fledged offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Investor Relations & Business Development Officer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with a client-focused mindset, playing a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, supporting their ongoing investment activity, and assisting business development initiatives. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or another related field, who possess at least 2+ years of experience in client relationship, investor relations, or client service roles. Holders of, or those working towards the CySEC Advanced certification are welcome to apply, and you must be a native Greek speaker with fluency in English both written and verbal. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full client process, including reservations, agreement preparation, and onboarding.
  • Prepare KYC and AML files for the Compliance Officer.
  • Maintain and update the client database, including preparation of holding tables.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and requests, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Underwriting teams.
  • Identify and address key issues, providing solutions where necessary.
  • Prepare and manage all client correspondence, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients on all matters relating to redemptions and investment extensions.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, supporting them with information and guidance to encourage continued or increased investment activity.
  • Support business development initiatives by assisting in client presentations, proposals, and communications.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service standards.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in client relationship, investor relations, or client service roles.
  • Strong finance background with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Client service oriented, with the ability to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to support investment growth and business development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with database management.
  • Native Greek speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • CySEC Advanced certification would be a plus; sponsorship for the exam will be provided if not already obtained.
