As the Investor Operations Manager, will play a crucial role in enhancing investor communication, streamlining the administrative operations of funds, and ensuring comprehensive KYC and AML compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful processes and contribute to the growth and success of investment initiatives. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, Corporate and/or Fund Administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure timely response to client requests.
  • Act as a single point of contact, gathering necessary information from internal departments to address client queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with corporate service providers to ensure timely address of both the Company’s and clients’ requests.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of clients into various corporate/investment structures and assist in the daily operations of investment vehicles.
  • Collect required KYC documents and information from clients.
  • Review client data and prepare and fill out various reports for data management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in collaboration with service providers.
  • Handle other ad-hoc requests as needed.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or another closely related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, Corporate and/or Fund Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Outstanding client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with advanced administration skills.
  • The ability to work well with internal & external stakeholders.
