Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage styling of apartments/real estate assets to ensure designs meet brand standards and are approved for photo shoots.
• Support the creation of beautiful, functional designs daily based on company’s requirements.
• Find creative ways to bring our designs to life.
• Assist in sourcing and designing furniture and accessories.
• Develop design presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve design operation.
• Onboard new properties including liaison with owners and third-party contractors (e.g., suppliers etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery of each unit and operationally flawless condition of each property.
• Work on projects/activities as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Interior Design or any other relevant discipline.
• Proven working experience in a similar role on all phases of design projects.
• Ability and experience with AutoCAD will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous training and experience working with mood boards is a prerequisite.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Commitment to deliver high quality deliverables.
• Attention to detail.
