Interior Architect
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique designer and developer of luxury residential properties in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Interior Architect to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As an Interior Architect, you will develop architectural concepts for residential units and shared amenities. As part of your role, you will prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visuals. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, who possess proven experience in a relevant position, with a demonstrable portfolio of work. You will need to be a confident user of AutoCAD software, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th salary. Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural concepts for
residential units and shared amenities.
- Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D
visuals.
- Overseeing licensing and permitting procedures for
architectural projects.
- Communicate with external consultants to provide
support and direction during the design and construction phase of the
projects.
- Participation in the selection of materials, suppliers,
and partners.
- Present design proposals to clients.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or
a related field.
- Experience developing architectural concepts for
residential units and shared amenities.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong
problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
