CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Audit, Accounting, Tax & Advisory related services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Insolvency & Restructuring Consultant to join their growing Advisory team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, and assessing the financial position of companies, as well as assessing the liquidity of companies and preparing cash flow projections. Our client is seeking candidates who ideally hold an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, who are recently qualified members of the ACA/ACCA. Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing financial statements and assessing the financial position of companies.
  • Assessing the liquidity of companies and preparing cash flow projections.
  • Conduct financial modelling, structuring and capital structure analysis.
  • Assisting clients in preparing business plans.
  • Supporting the Receiver/Manager or the Liquidator in his/her duties.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders (debtors, creditors, authorities etc.).
  • Liaising with legal advisors that support the receivership/liquidation process.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA.
  • Excellent verbal, technical, analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages is essential.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
