As an Immigration Consultant you will be responsible for undertaking a range of Cyprus Immigration applications and other matters, including, but not limited to, applications for PRP and Citizenship under the respective Government policies or programs. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of proven professional experience gained working in the immigration field, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Undertaking all types of Cyprus Immigration applications and other matters, including, but not limited to, applications for PRP and Citizenship under the respective Government policies or programs.
  • Communicate and/or liaise with, attend and escort the clients to governmental authorities, including the Ministry of Interior - Directorate of Civil Registry, Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection - Migration Department and District Immigration Units, Ministry of Finance and the Land Registry Office.
  • Explore the market for efficient, yielding and/or lucrative investments in all the qualified investment areas in accordance with the applicable schemes/programs.
  • Communicate with developers, real estate agents, investment funds and companies for investment options/opportunities, explore the prospects, discuss and/or negotiate prospects and terms of cooperation.
  • Assist/guide the clients through any governmental or other public procedures (including, among others, procedures before the Land Registry Office) and communicate/liaise with or attend any respective governmental or other public authorities in that regard.
  • Contributing to the writing of articles and other publications which the Firm posts or publishes on its official website and on other webpages, newsletters, journals or other publications of legal or other content.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Law, Business Administration, or another relevant field is desirable, but not essential.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience gained working in the immigration field is essential.
  • Fluent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and oral is a must.
  • Excellent use of the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
