Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the stability of IT services by providing backup support and minimizing the risk associated with relying on a single IT support individual.
• Facilitate cross-training and knowledge sharing within the IT department to improve overall resilience and efficiency.
• Assist in managing the IT workload, especially during periods of increased demand or the departure of IT personnel.
• Reduce response times for IT issues to enhance productivity and ensure quick resolution of IT-related problems.
• Develop expertise in specific areas of IT, such as network management, security, or user support, to provide focused and high-quality service.
• Ensure uninterrupted IT operations during unexpected absences or turnover by providing consistent and reliable IT support.
• Support the scaling of IT capabilities in line with the company's growth and increasing IT demands.
• Contribute to delivering higher quality IT services through proactive maintenance and dedicated issue resolution.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant professional experience gained working in the FX industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in building scalable and secure systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong communication skills.
