CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of comprehensive IT solutions and services in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an IT Solutions Architect to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, promoting, and selling IT infrastructure and cloud-based products to prospective clients. You will need to be able to effectively engage with clients, and document their business requirements with minimal supervision. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess 2+ years of proven experience in a similar position, with strong knowledge of both hardware and software related solutions. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, and you will need to be able and willing to travel within Cyprus, and internationally for work assignments. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, including a 13th salary. There is some flexibility with working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an early finish at 14:30 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deliver comprehensive IT solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture both new and recurring business opportunities.
  • Generate, qualify, advance, and successfully close sales leads.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, pricing structures, and proposals for technical offerings.
  • Manage assigned client accounts with attention to service and satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with product education, training, awareness sessions, and tailored recommendations.
  • Oversee the procurement management process to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, vendor meetings, customer events, business mixers, and various networking functions.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives in alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Complete all required vendor sales training and certification programs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University or college degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to take on responsibilities and manage small IT projects.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Greek.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.  
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within Cyprus and internationally.
