Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support to staff at the Nicosia headquarters and all global offices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests.
• Manage and support company systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and maintain the effective use of CRM and Call Center Software.
• Centralize company data and documentation under a single, secure server environment.
• Define, implement, and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities.
• Enhance and maintain IT security, including network security, endpoint protection, and data access controls.
• Install, configure, and manage monitoring tools for staff devices and systems.
• Proactively identify system risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure business continuity through backups, updates, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, permissions, and IT procedures.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT and security perspective.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience managing centralized servers and shared data environments.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and access control.
• Experience deploying and managing staff monitoring and device management tools.
• Ability to support users across multiple offices and time zones.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud or hybrid infrastructure solutions will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards is a plus.
