Head of Growth
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Investment Firm, regulated in multiple jurisdictions, and with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Growth to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth across European markets. As part of your role, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing team based in Asia, to localize digital marketing campaigns for the European audience. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a strong background in digital marketing, experience in business development within the fintech sector, and a deep understanding of the European online trading landscape. You will need to posses approximately 3+ years of proven experience in a senior growth or digital/performance marketing role, preferably in the online trading space. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, with any additional language skills considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement
comprehensive growth strategies for the European markets, focusing on new
user acquisition.
- Collaborate with our Asia-based
digital marketing team to localize digital marketing campaigns for the
European audience.
- Continuously optimize campaigns
based on data-driven insights.
- Identify and manage
partnerships with local channels and affiliates to enhance our market
presence across Europe.
- Ensure compliance with regional
regulations governing marketing practices in the various European markets.
- Analyse marketing performance
metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition
costs.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Approximately 3+ years of
proven experience in a senior growth or digital/performance marketing
role, preferably in the online trading space.
- Strong understanding of digital
marketing channels, tools and best practices, including performance
marketing and social media advertising.
- Demonstrated success in driving
user acquisition and growth in the European market.
- Familiarity with regulatory
requirements for marketing financial services in Europe.
- Excellent communication and
collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global,
cross-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required,
and additional languages will be considered an advantage.
