CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding FinTech company, with offices here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Human Resources to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Head of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture. You will oversee all core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 4+ years of experience in a relevant HR leadership role, who hold a solid understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance. You will need to be fluent in English, as well as either Russian or Ukrainian, with any knowledge of the Greek language considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise Senior Management on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Manage performance systems, talent development, and career progression.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking initiatives.
  • Foster employee engagement, organizational culture, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and workplace investigations.
  • Lead and develop the HR team while overseeing HR systems, reporting, and budget management.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive matters.
  • Strong communication skills with confident and timely decision-making ability.
  • Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian; Greek is a plus.
