Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute hardware and system-level test plans for telecom systems (GSM / UMTS / LTE).
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis across components and full systems.
• Validate systems during production and pre-deployment phases.
• Develop scripts/tools (e.g., Python) to support test automation and efficiency.
• Analyze field issues and support on-site deployments when required.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, RF, and software engineers to resolve issues.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Hands-on experience or strong academic background with relevant projects/internships in hardware testing or troubleshooting.
• Understanding of telecommunications systems (GSM, UMTS, LTE) or related wireless/networking technologies.
• Ability to debug hardware/system failures and identify root causes.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and system-level diagrams.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Basic scripting skills (Python) or willingness to develop automation capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis when required.
• Availability for occasional off-hours support in critical situations.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments.
