CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR & Office Administrator (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As an HR & Office Administrator, you will provide key support to Senior Management with core HR duties and responsibilities, as well as handling day-to-day office administration tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another related field, who possess approximately 5+ years of relevant professional experience. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, with excellent organisational and administration skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
  • Track staff members’ attendance and manage leave records.
  • Organize employee training and development programs.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
  • Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Handle the staff members’ insurance administration including enrolments, claims, and renewals.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functionality.
  • Coordinate management and staff members’ meetings, company events, and appointments.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Manage local and international travel arrangements for employees and Executives.
  • Book flights, accommodation, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and seek cost-effective options.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in a relevant role with both HR and Administration related duties and responsibilities.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential.
  • Ability to work independently well as part of a team.
  • Proactive and efficient, with strong organizational skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined approach to administration and record keeping.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Conscientious, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience with travel arrangements will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
