CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a luxury Retail Group with operations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their team based in Limassol. As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the HR strategy and HR operations for the Group. As part of your role, you will oversee recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, as well as training and development. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant HR focused role, with any specific exposure to the Retail Sector considered a plus. You will need to possess a strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Full ownership of HR strategy and daily HR operations.
  • Recruitment & onboarding (stores, warehouse, head office, hospitality concepts).
  • Workforce planning & scheduling across all retail outlets.
  • Performance management framework & KPI tracking.
  • Bonus & commission structure implementation and monitoring.
  • Training coordination (in collaboration with store managers & buying team).
  • HR policies, compliance, contracts & employee documentation.
  • Culture development & internal communication.
  • Close collaboration with management on organizational structure and talent development.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 2+ of experience in a relevant HR related position is a must.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
