CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a large and long-established company operating in the FMCG sector, and with operations in both Limassol and Paphos, we are seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their Head-Offices based in Limassol. The successful applicant will drive the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, working closely with Senior Management to foster a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, performance and retention. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration or another closely related field, who possess at least 5+ years of previous experience in an HR leadership role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English are essential, and candidates with experience of establishing an HR function from the ‘ground up’ are encouraged to apply. As part of your role, you will be required to travel to our client’s premises in Paphos 1 day per week.
