CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and leading company operating in the Aviation & Transportation industry, we are seeking to recruit an HR Generalist to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support day-to-day HR operations, including helping to manage the recruitment process, as well as playing a key role in developing and administering the training and development plan for the company. You should be educated to degree level in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another closely related field, and hold 3+ years of previous experience in a relevant role, with specific experience with the organisation and planning of employee training and development plans considered a significant advantage. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, along with strong knowledge of MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes some flexibility with working hours, as well as hybrid working options.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to conducting interviews.
  • Develop and administer the organization’s training & development plan.
  • Manage the induction and orientation process for all new employees.
  • Participate in HR and wellbeing projects and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the department.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar duties.
  • Prior experience with organising and planning employee training and development plans is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Very good of knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
